Maddy (she/her) has experience working with children, teens, and adults. Her research and clinical work have focused on grief, anxiety, eating disorders, childhood illness, family and caregiver support, pediatric and palliative care, and global mental health. She is passionate about life transitions and the connection between food and interpersonal relationships. Maddy is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) and a Therapist in CAS’ Psychotherapy Fellowship Program. Maddy sees clients in Durham and virtually.

Emily (she/they/he) has experience and enjoys working with adolescents and adults of all ages experiencing disordered eating, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Emily is also passionate about working with Queer, trans, and gender-diverse adolescents and adults. Emily is a pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and a Therapist in CAS’ Psychotherapy Fellowship Program. Emily sees clients in Durham, RTP, and virtually.

INTERN

MK (she/her) has experience working with young adults in their most formative collegiate years.  Her clinical and research interests include the adolescent and young-adult experience with eating disorders, self-esteem, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and family systems.  MK is a third-year MSW student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She sees clients in Raleigh as well as virtually.
