We are hiring clinically passionate, Master’s level therapists for a fun, dynamic, creative group practice specializing in the treatment of Eating Disorders. We have openings for Therapists in North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, RTP) and Virginia (Richmond), offering a hybrid model of both in-office and telehealth treatment options. Positions

LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPISTS

Full-Time Therapy Position

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years post-Master’s clinical experience

  • Licensed to practice as a therapist in NC or VA

  • A passion for specializing in the treatment of eating disorders

  • Experience providing psychotherapy

  • A working knowledge of eating disorders (specialized training provided)

  • Excellent references

  • Motivated to learn and grow as part of a dynamic team

FELLOWSHIP TRAINEES in NC

***2025-26 Fellowship is underway and applications are closed. Applications for 2026-27 Fellowship will be considered starting in January, 2026.***

(Nine-month Training Program & Therapy Position, beginning each year in August)

Requirements:

  • LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMFT-A

  • Associate License to practice in NC

  • A passion for specializing in the treatment of eating disorders

  • Limited experience in the psychotherapy process

  • Limited experience in eating disorders

  • Excellent references

  • Motivated to learn and grow as part of a dynamic team
