You’re not alone

Eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating are more common than ever. Obsessive thoughts and negative feelings about food and body image are endemic in our image-driven social media environment. Deep-rooted personal experiences,  trauma, attachment issues and other challenges can also feed food and body image struggles.

As a result, many people feel stuck and unhappy — held back by obsession. They may feel powerless to achieve goals, break dysfunctional relationship patterns or simply feel joy.

A Freedom Session with CAS Counseling founder Clare Stadlen, LCSW, offers something different than therapy.

During your 3.5 hour intensive, Clare will establish a consolidated understanding of your challenges within the cycle of disordered eating, allowing her to provide tools, resources and advice to help you jumpstart positive change.

You’ll also get two one-hour reinforcement sessions with Clare, as a follow-up, to help you integrate the positive change and navigate challenges.

Scheduling a consultation is the first step in determining if a Freedom Session intensive is right for you
